Does quitting admit defeat or failure?
If you give up something you liked to do, because it was turned into more than what you wanted, does that mean you failed?
Answer
No I quit football in HS because the varsity team always got angry and serious before games. On JV we just goofed off all the time and won games because we were relaxed and having fun. Plus I didnt have a choice anyway because I was dying at the time. I retired football having never lost a game in grade school or HS, undefeated seasons from having fun. The year after I quit the team didnt even make it to the finals.
